Although he is extremely busy, he accommodated me on a short notice. 

Inspector Kim was prompt, very detail oriented, unbelievably knowledgeable, and exceptionally professional.  After the inspection, he patiently explained what needed to be done and the importance of each and sent us the report in few hours.
